Always excellent service at TAS. I've been a customer for decades and have always been satisfied with the service. The owners and staff take in interest in me, my wife and in our cars working properly. No overselling or upcharging at all, but they point out ways to save and get the most value. We really like the people and service at TAS and recommend them to others without hesitation.

This was one of the best experiences with a mechanic shop I have ever had. I could not give a more glowing review. They went over and above to accommodate me. They were honest, fast and reasonably priced as well as respectful and knowledgeable. They also have a nice waiting room. Highly recommend them.

I researched thru Google for a independent auto repair shop to service what I thought was a issue with my 2012 Subaru Outback transmission. I found TAS, The Auto Service with recent 5 star reviews. In business for 40+ years, a authorized AAA repair shop which tells me I would get high quality honest repair for the money I would be spending. I called to set an appointment, I spoke to the service mgr, John, who was very pleasant. I was informed of the progress of the work being done by Glenn on my car as I waited. No problems with my transmission, it was my rear brakes. Very surprised by the customer lounge with Wi-Fi access, bring your tablet/laptop. Most definitely felt treated like family. Yes, John did say to me, we like to treat you like family.

Outstanding service! All staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They had my car in and out within 45 minutes to asses my problem and change my battery. I called same day and was able to get in within an hour of calling. Glen assisted me upon arrival and was very communicative of their process.
