I know they don't NEED another raving review... but I am giving one! Because I am so happy and relieved that I finally have a auto service center that doesn't make me feel like an idiot or that I'm gonna die if i don't buy every service! LOL. This place is AWESOME! My dad referred me ( of course like a good dad would! ) They are HONEST, EASY to work with and speak to, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, the shop is clean and beautiful, the service is OUTSTANDING, the follow up is fast... these guys are the BEST!

Looks like I found a new mechanic! My regular mechanic was unable to fit me in for a vehicle inspection, so I began looking around for local AAA approved shops. Given the overwhelmingly high online reviews, I called The Auto Service, and I was delighted to discover that the good reviews are well deserved. When I called, John (the manager) spoke with me on the phone and said he would be happy to fit me in that day. Once there, I was treated kindly and professionally by every staff member I encountered. They went out of their way to be helpful. It's also worth noting that the customer waiting lounge is far and away the nicest I have seen anywhere. As it happens, I didn't get to spend much time in there, though, since they set to work on my car as soon as I arrived and had me out of there in no time. This will certainly be my go-to place in the future.

if you don't know anything about your car and how to waste your money, go to this place and get ready to pay tons of money because they will charge you as much as they can. Do they get work done? Yes of course, but more money.

They do great work, I have been gone to them with 6 cars over 15 years and they have done high quality, consistent, reasonably priced work for my family the whole time. John and Steve know most of their customers stories and names, they and all the staff are very personable. SAAS is run by honest people, and I can't speak well enough of them.

John and his team truly put the customer first at SAAS. He will not only diagnose and promptly repair your car, he will also educate you along the way so you understand exactly what is being done. My dashboard lit up with service lights a week ago, I called John and he told me to bring it in right away as that typically isn't good. When I arrived he dropped what he was doing, brought the computer out to the car and, while i was sitting in the car with him, explained the error code and what it could mean. After asking me some questions, John's opinion, based upon his experience, was to reset the light, tighten the gas cap (which was loose), air up the tires, and evalute the car from there. A week later the lights are still off and the car is running perfectly. I am not sure most shops would offer this type of service and give you the genuine impression they care more about you then they do about their cash register. John and his team have a long term approach to their shop and know happy customers equal a healthy business. Take your car to SAAS!
