Everything was easy and trustworthy. They read the diagnostic for my check engine light and did oil change. Everyone was great, felt like family. Great to see Steve again! Wish it would have been free, but at least I know the service was needed and not overcharged on my 2015 jeep grand Cherokee

First time customer. Went in for an oil change and had additional suggested work done on my 21 yo Toyota. Work was explained to me, price quoted, and done while I waited in their very comfortable waiting area. No pressure to have any of the additional work done. Everyone with whom I interacted was pleasant, polite, and professional.

Strongly recommend this place. John is one of the manager. He is knowledgeable and very fair person. I had really great experience after going to several places and still having problem with my 7 series BMW air conditioner. Friendly people and experienced technicians.

Excellent Service and follow-through. For any service like auto repair which is always a cost to us as the customer, the best proactive action a service manager/owner can take is making follow-up calls to inform us of the news, during the repair time frame. I am not chasing my service rep, Mr. Steve Lowe in my case & Big John for details...How is it going? concerned question. It is not always good news (we expect those facts) but it is delivered in a manner that says, Hey, I will be back on the road, and that is all my concern, and I am good to go for some time.
