I made an appointment to have my front brakes and rotors repaired and replaced on my 2015 Honda Fit, it all went well. The cost was less than the estimate. Wait time was less than expected. My truck lost steering at a gas station. I called my family mechanic with no response, the AAA. AAA recommended nearby shops, and The Auto Service (TAS) was first. I was able to immediately call and talk to John, that gave me insight on the possible problem and approximate cost to repair. So I had AAA tow to TAS. My truck was repaired within the expected scope of repair and I was back on the road in just less than four (4) hours!!! Same Day!!! My family mechanic would have had my truck for a week, at least, and never-mind the bill!!! What a great experience outcome from an unfortunate situation I had. They are now my go-to mechanic, hands down! Thank you John and team for helping me out today!!! - Matt
