Everyone is friendly. Just felt my part was too expensive and just getting a new starter was $694.49. They were very quick getting my car fixed and I was happy with everything except the price of the part and I was charged 475 for labor? I was told by a few people that the labor rate and how many hours it took....there was no mention of that on my receipt. So the starter was 272.73 and labor was 475.00 ...694.69 total. I had to borrow money to pay this. I'm a single retired woman, it going to take me awhile to pay this back.

I've been a customer since 2010, when I had my feeble 1991 Volvo 740. Always excellent, courteous service with no upsells or pressure like you'd find at other shops. Brought my current car in recently and true to form for an aging car, it needed work. The team was clear on which items were a priority and which could wait. If you want to wait for your car, you have a choice of either the outdoor waiting area or the lounge, which is comfortable, air-condidtioned and has a stash of chocolates and water available. Even though I've moved from Orange County, I'm in the area often and will continue to rely on TAS for honest, thorough service. Steve and team really know how to treat customers well.
