Honest pricing. Double checked and pricing was fair. Front desk was courteous and eager to help. Everyone seemed chill and very knowledgeable. Will likely return. Loved their lounge area with WiFi, water and bathroom, so that I can be comfortable while waiting my vehicle was being repaired. They are Lakers fans which is a huge plus for me.
