Excellent Service and follow-through. For any service like auto repair which is always a cost to us as the customer, the best proactive action a service manager/owner can take is making follow-up calls to inform us of the news, during the repair time frame. I am not chasing my service rep, Mr. Steve Lowe in my case & Big John for details...How is it going? concerned question. It is not always good news (we expect those facts) but it is delivered in a manner that says, Hey, I will be back on the road, and that is all my concern, and I am good to go for some time.
