I’m very pleased with my service at The Auto Service. I found them through AAA and after reading the reviews I gave them a try. The dealership where I purchased my car told me I needed front and rear brakes. I thought their price was high so took my car to The Auto Service. Steve was pleasant on the phone setting my appointment. John took in my car and shortly gave me the good news that my brakes were only 50% worn down. He easily could’ve put brakes on my car, got his money and sent me down the road. Instead he was honest, saving me almost $400. A business with integrity is hard to find! While there, my mom had her car checked since the engine light was on. John let us know it was the spark plugs (which we had researched before going there). Again he was honest and the price very reasonable. There were a few other things wrong but as he told us none of them needed to be done right. Another opportunity he could have taken us but didn’t. The Auto Service is honest, reasonably priced and work with integrity. This is the only place we will bring our cars for service!

Best auto repair shop! Honest, reliable and friendly. Prices are fair and just. You can find cheaper, but remember you get what you pay for. These guys are great! I've been going there for years and have had no issues. I've also referred friends and family and have not heard one negative remark. That alone says volumes.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Steve and his team are awesome. They carefully explain what's the problem and how they're going to fix it in terms that are easy to understand. Friendly, great service. They discovered why the car was completely dead. Animals had been living in the engine, fur all over, they ate the wires, drank fluids, which broke my heart to think of the animal suffering. The Auto service was able to clean out everything under the hood, repair the wiring, change the oil, fix the windshield wiper motor. All that and a bag of popcorn. Love these guys, John and Steve are great.

It's always great to have a reliable auto service run by people who are competent AND trustworthy. These guys don't push unneeded services on you and explain everything as much as you want to know. The focus is on safety and getting you around as needed. They currently have pick up and drop off of your car from your home and that makes things so much easier especially since we are not going out now because if social distancing.
