John and his team truly put the customer first at SAAS. He will not only diagnose and promptly repair your car, he will also educate you along the way so you understand exactly what is being done. My dashboard lit up with service lights a week ago, I called John and he told me to bring it in right away as that typically isn't good. When I arrived he dropped what he was doing, brought the computer out to the car and, while i was sitting in the car with him, explained the error code and what it could mean. After asking me some questions, John's opinion, based upon his experience, was to reset the light, tighten the gas cap (which was loose), air up the tires, and evalute the car from there. A week later the lights are still off and the car is running perfectly. I am not sure most shops would offer this type of service and give you the genuine impression they care more about you then they do about their cash register. John and his team have a long term approach to their shop and know happy customers equal a healthy business. Take your car to SAAS!
