These guys are the real deal! I came in for a pre-purchase auto inspection, and they were able to give me an honest answer with concrete reasons why with zero BS! After I paid for the first inspection, they offered to inspect other cars that I was interested in buying. That same day I brought in my future car free of charge to be inspected and was even given personal purchasing and haggling advice by John the manager. This is an amazing company that treats every customer like family. You can tell by that good energy and the smiles that the employees and the customers have from almost every interaction. TAS always has the best pricing compared to other competitors, but more importantly I trust them. They tell me what I truly need now without needless upselling. My BMW and Jeep have lasted many years due to my “doctors’” advice at TAS. The staff is professional and friendly. I’ll never go anywhere else again and send all of my friends and neighbors there.

I brought my 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid in to SAAS today for a brake inspection. I received a concise evaluation and estimate in no time and repairs were done in a couple hours. When I picked up my car it was clean and ready to go! Good old fashion honest service at a reasonable price. SAAS = My repair shop from now on!

I took my 2013 Nissan Versa to these guys in Santa Ana and I cannot recommend them enough. Not only did they give me a great value for the service I needed (half of the price that the stealership charged) but John, the manager, actually took the time to give me the specific fluid that my car needed, the equipment that he provides to his employees, and even a recommended DIY advice should I desire to do the job myself. I was astounded by this superior customer service, and the service that I scheduled took less than two hours. What a great place! Of course I use TAS for my car’s maintenance needs, however, since I’m in the market for a new car, I decided to stop by last Friday and get Steve’s and John’s opinion on the top three cars that I had narrowed to. I got more than I expected since I found the entire crew having lunch together as one big happy family. It was so nice to see all the TAS employees together and it worked out perfectly for my endeavor. I got every single one of their educated and experienced opinions and was able to make a much more informed decision! I love these people so much and value “all” of their opinions.
