I took my car in for a AAA free 40 pt check. The shop was very clean and well organized with a full lounge for waiting. When the inspection was complete Steve let me know that my car was in good shape and all I needed were new tires (which I knew). He was very professional and respectful with no attempt to sell any services. I will continue to go to TAS for all my auto service needs. As a follow up: I have continued to use The Auto Service and my confidence in their services has increased each time. I am so grateful to have found a place to take my car and to know that I will be treated with respect. I know that they are working to provide excellent customer service and are doing their best to keep my car well serviced and safe.

John was super helpful with explaining to me what I had to do to get my car back up and running. I have no clue what certain parts were and he made it all relatable by using analogies. As a young woman, I felt welcomed by the workers and I was comfortable, unlike other auto shops I’ve visited before. This is my 1st visit, but definitely not my last! Thank you guys for taking care of me and my car.

I took my car to the Auto Service for a maintenance visit. I waited for my car in the wonderful waiting area. They let me know that everything is sterilized before/after each customer. They always do a wonderful job on my cars, always professional and wonderful people!!

This service center is legit. They are very knowledgeable and professional. John took his time to go through in detail what type of work my Volvo S60 needed. The place is clean and they have a very nice waiting room. Would recommend Auto Service if you are looking for quality and honest mechanics.

TAS always goes above and beyond my expectations. With 10/10 customer service and great attention to detail it’s tough to complain. I always experience the “wow” factor they provide their customers.
